ULTRA CINE RIG
This state of the art steadicam rig is capable of carrying all cameras from small dv cameras, like the Sony Z1 up to 35mm film cameras.  The no- tools adjustment of the rig makes life very easy and quick on set for the operator. What might have taken hours to balance with the early steadicams now takes minutes.  The kit has many accessories for working with most broadcast and Film cameras including ultra-thin triax adaptors, tally lights, video transmitters, tele-prompter, zoom and focus controls, LCDs for monitoring off-air etc. We also have most accessories for film cameras including power leads and camera start-stop leads.

TIFFEN FLYER
Designed by Garrett Brown, the inventor of the original Steadicam JR, the Flyer arm is engineered for affordable mass-production but it's tough and capable, with an astonishing, ball-bearing smooth, thirty-inch, top-to-bottom range of travel. For the first time, operators of light rigs can enjoy the same feel and tool-free performance as our top $18,000 arm. If you close your eyes, you can't tell the difference (except "That" muscle won't be sending you the usual telegrams!).

 

MODEL IIIa RIG

Although nearly twenty years old now, the Mark III steadicam design is still used extensively in film and television production.  As with the Master kit the Mark III can carry the full range of TV and film cameras.

The electronics for the monitor of the Mark III kit was not noted for its reliability with my Mark III I have addressed this problem by backing up the original green screen monitor with a high quality and high brightness colour LCD. This LCD is switchable between normal and widescreen it also takes far less power.

Just out of interest the arm of my Mark III kit was the original prop arms used in the film Aliens.(i nteresting articles ).
